Rich Davis has capitalized on the reputation of Kansas City Barbecue to create the evolving KC Masterpiece. This large pork tenderloin is one of the best I've ever had in the Kansas City area. The slow smoked meat comes from the Henry Perry pit, but is now available in various sizes and styles.
