Truman Elementary School Reviews

I am very happy with this school my daughter came from the KC school district and had a host of problems. when she got to truman she had an immediate turn around. Mrs. Schlesinger is a wonderful teacher and goes above and beyond her duty to make sure my daughter is sucessful

Execelent staff and administration. Teachers go above and beyond to assist in the total educational experience. Principal Fowler is fabulous!

I think the availability of testing resources for children with special needs (example..Dyslexia and other learning disabilities)is lacking and a general disregard by the principle and regular teachers is inexcusable . The special education teachers go above and beyond with the resources they have available and are unable to provide necessary assistance because of a lack of district cooperation.
